Quincy Crew Has Been Signed By Chaos Esports

Quincy Crew is one of those teams that struggled a lot during the ESL One Hamburg. The team went through some changes because of why they were unable to play properly. However, although the team didn’t manage to perform really well during the mentioned tournament, Chaos Esports has decided to sign them. That’s right, the official Twitter account of Chaos EC made a post in which they claimed that they are excited to announce the addition of Quincy Crew. This means that the team is now going to play in the 2019-29 Dota Pro Circuit under Chaos’s shade.

This is going to be something really big for the entire Quincy Crew. This also marks another time Chaos has decided to shift to a different region. They first started with a South American roster, and during the last season, they switched to Europe. And now, the organization has decided to focus on a North American roster.

Chaos EC’s GM

Chaos EC’s general manager Jared Fletcher also decided to talk about the recent signing. He claimed for the upcoming 2019-2020 DPC season, they wanted to sign a North American roster for the organization, and Quincy Crew seemed like a natural fit to them. He further added that he thinks of Quincy Crew as a team that shares a passion for winning and constant learning, and this is something necessary to become a world champion. He believes that they can work alongside them to build an enduring Dota 2 program.

The Newest Lineup

Chaos Esports latest lineup now includes Yawar “YawaR” Hassan, Quinn “CCnC” Callahan, Jonas “SabeRLight” Volek, Arif “MSS” Anwar, Avery “SVG” Silverman, Ilya “Illidan” Pivtsaev, and Jack “KKBQ” Chen. SabeRLight is going to play for the team on trail basis. This is because the roster wasn’t at their full strength during the ESL One Hamburg as CCnC suffered from an injury. This was also something because of why SumaiL had to step back in. In addition to this, Illidan is going to serve as the coach of the new team. He joined the team around two weeks ago, because of why he is only a trial coach at the moment. And finally, KBBQ is going to serve as the manager of the team.

Quincy Crew

Quincy Crew previously tried to mix different players together with the hope of achieving greater results. They tried to pair Yawar “YawaR” Hassan with his brother Syed “SumaiL” Hassan. However, things didn’t turn out to be how they expected as the experiment wasn’t a success. However, now is a good opportunity for them to get a fresh start.

The Dota 2 Summit 11 Major is going to be something really big for Chaos Esports. It will be the first time the organization’s newest roster is going to play together with the only goal of securing the last spot at the MDL Chengdu Major. If they play at their full strength, they are surely going to win the hearts of everyone. All we can do is wait and see if things are going to work out this time for them or not.
